Efficio NES series

High level energy saving :
NES series is designed based on our high efficiency model, Efficio series, applying compact high-performance heat exchanger and high-performance heat exchanger tube. And high-temperature generator and drain economizer are newly designed.
Steam consumption rate at full load operation is reduced to 3.8 kg/h RT.
Compared to the conventional model, the steam consumption at full load is reduced by 19%.
Higher partial load efficiency :
The solution pump inverter control is equipped as standard and it enables efficient operation across various range of load condition from low to high, which contributes to high partial load efficiency.
Higher system efficiency :
Applying energy-saving function of Efficio series, we achieve higher system efficiency including auxiliary equipment.
The lower limit flow rate of cooling water when controlling the variable flow rate is expanded to 30% from 50%.
It contributes reducing power consumption of cooling water pump.

High Efficiency :
With the ideal heat exchanging method of parallel cycle, a higher energy saving rate is achieved. Efficio has various type of COP model. The gas consumption rate can be reduced compared with the conventional model. Also, with the inverter control for the solution pump, you can save more fuel gas consumption.
NE series : achieves higher COP and lighter machine weight, by adopting compact and high-performance heat exchanger, optimized design even in the smallest details, and use of high-performance refrigerant drain heat exchanger.
The solution pump inverter control is equipped as standard and it enables efficient operation across various range of load condition from low to high, which contributes to high partial load efficiency.
NU series : achieves even higher partial load efficiency. NU series is equipped with high-performance heat exchanger tube and COP is improved further.
NH series : delivers even higher efficiency across partial load to full load.NH series is equipped with high-performance heat exchanger tube and also exhaust gas heat exchanger which enables more efficient heat recovery. Combustion exhaust gas is discharged at 110℃ by Efficio series, while at around 200℃ by conventional model. These features realize further improvements in performance.

Stable steam supply :
Optimal water tube arrangement and burner with high combustion efficiency deliver high boiler efficiency. The extremely broad turn-down ratio makes it possible to save fuel consumption during actual operation.
We design grid-shaped water tube arrangement. With oil fired, it has soot blowing effect and can be flushed, which makes it possible to maintain high efficiency.
Also due to built-in deaerator, high-quality steam can be supplied with dryness of 99.5% or more.
Lower environmental impact :
We apply pre-mixing type low NOx burner with nozzle mixing type for gas fired burner.
We can comply with strict environmental regulations due to EGI device.

IF Series
Offering all-round excellence in the field of package boilers
Energy saving and lower environmental impact :
IF series is equipped with “PID combustion control” and "Inverter control of draft fan and feed water pump” as standard, which contributes reducing fuel and electricity cost.
IF series can supply adequate amount of steam with the minimum amount of fuel and electricity under any steam load. It eliminates wasting energy compared to position-controlled boilers that are frequently turned on and off.
Reduction in fuel and electricity also contribute to reducing CO2 emissions.
High boiler efficiency :
If a Fire (smoke) tube boiler is currently used and replaced with IF series offering boiler efficiency 98%, you can reduce fuel cost by around 10% and achieve better environmental performance such as reducing CO2 emissions.
High efficiency by multi-unit boiler operation :
If steam is supplied at 100% full load operation with Fire (smoke) tube boiler and is replaced with IF series, we deliver great benefits of fuel cost saving and reducing CO2 emissions.
At 100% full load operation with Fire (smoke) tube boiler, boiler efficiency tends to be around 88%. However, by multi-unit boiler operation with IF series, operation is possible at boiler efficiency more than 100%.
High-quality steam :
IF series can supply extremely high-quality steam whose dryness reaches 99.5% or more, at any operation load.
