Since plastic is used every day in every aspect of our lives, we specialize in plastic injection molding. Sanko Kasei has been supplying and providing precision plastic and industrial parts to set manufacturers for over 50 years.

We provide modeling services with our 3D printer (small stereolithography machine manufactured by DWS)

・Metal 3D printer modeling service
We provide modeling services using a metal 3D printer (Sodick multi-tasking machine). It's mainly for mold parts, but if you are interested in conformal water pipes (3D), please contact us. We also offer flow analysis regarding mold cooling (conformal water tubes/three-dimensional water tubes) routes and cooling performance.

・Injection molded product flow analysis service
We provide a flow analysis service using the flow analysis software (Toray PD Advisor/3D-TIMON). We can also provide suggestions/proposals on mold cooling (conformal water tube/3D water tube) routes and cooling performance.
