The automatic servo press machine is engineered with fully automated pressing mechanisms. It is integrated with force control and measurement systems, along with sensors to validate startup conditions for safe operation.

All machine types are PLC-controlled and feature a user-friendly HMI touch screen, where all operational parameters are displayed and adjusted. Press stroke is monitored by a linear gauge, while pressing force is precisely controlled via load cells. The system also supports data logging and export to Excel, enabling real-time monitoring and reporting.

The industrial parts cleaning machine is designed with cleaning tanks customized to the size and shape of the target products.
