| April 28, 2010: VCC Technology., JSC (Vietnam Competency Commercial & Technology Joint Stock Company) was officially established, with Mr. Luu Hung Cuong as the General Director. |
| November 3, 2010: The company delivered its first machine manufacturing order. |
| 2011: VCC relocated its factory to the Tu Liem Industrial Cluster, expanding to 50 employees. Major investments were made in advanced equipment such as CNC milling machines, grinders, air compressors, etc. A highlight was a nearly USD 1 million project manufacturing an EGR valve production line for automotive engines. |
| July 30, 2012: VCC established an R&D Department (Research and Development) with the vision of developing proprietary VCC-branded products. |
| March 22, 2013: VCC proudly welcomed Mr. Fukuya, Chairman of DENSO Corporation, during his official visit to the VCC factory. |
| April 28, 2016: The company moved to its new factory at Lot B2-3-3b, Nam Thang Long Industrial Zone, Thuy Phuong Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, covering an area of 3,000 m² with a workforce of 150 employees. |
| 2016–2021: VCC expanded its market presence with representative offices established in Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh City. |
| 2022: VCC made its first machine export to the U.S. market, with a total project value of VND 60 billion. |
| 2025: VCC underwent a complete brand identity transformation, marking the beginning of a new era after 15 years of establishment. |
