Hydroponic plastic pipe extrusion molds are a type of household extrusion mold used in agriculture. In addition, we also provide machining services for all types of extrusion molds for automotive and motorcycle components, as well as household extrusion molds.
We specialize in machining and producing all kinds of molds, including stamping molds for cars, motorcycles, and a variety of household stamping molds, cutting molds, punching molds, and deep drawing molds used for machinery and equipment parts.
We specialize in manufacturing plastic injection molds for the automotive and motorcycle industries, as well as various types of household injection molds such as plastic pallets, electronic components, paint buckets, and more.
The Mold Manufacturing Plant has been in operation since July 2016, specializing in the production of various types of molds, precision mechanical processing, and heat treatment. The factory covers an area of over 4,000 m², with a total investment of more than VND 200 billion, an annual production capacity of 600 mold sets, and precision machining capacity of 3,500 tons/year.
The factory is equipped with advanced technological systems imported from Germany, Japan, and South Korea across the following production lines:
CNC Machining Line: Equipped with modern machining equipment such as the OKK VM940R 3-axis milling machine, EZ50S wire cutting machine, U2610-2H CNC EDM machine, small CNC milling machines, and CNC lathes for high-precision parts processing. Notably, it includes the MVR30Ex bed-type milling machine capable of processing workpieces up to 4 meters in size and weighing up to 30 tons, as well as the SMGB-1500CNC deep hole drilling machine capable of drilling depths up to 1.5 meters.
Conventional Machining Line: Equipped with mechanical milling machines, manual lathes, hydraulic presses, boring machines, slotting machines, radial drilling machines, tube pressing machines, etc., for both mass production and custom part machining according to specific customer requirements.
Mold Assembly and Testing Line: This is the final stage of mold completion, featuring the OKAMOTO 500T press and a mold fitting press with a clamping force of 200 tons and a maximum workpiece weight of 50 tons.
The plant has implemented lean management tools and quality control systems to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality at every stage. Quality management systems follow IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, and environmental management is in compliance with ISO 14001. Advanced management tools such as Kaizen, TPM, TQM, and 5S are also applied throughout the production process.
Alongside modern technological investments, the plant places strong emphasis on training to improve the skills and capabilities of its staff. Engineers make up 20% of the workforce and are professionally trained by experienced Korean experts in mold manufacturing.
The plant currently produces and supplies high-quality, durable, and diverse molds of various types and sizes, including plastic injection molds, plastic extrusion molds, stamping molds, etc. In addition, it also provides precision machining and heat treatment services. Products from the plant have been exported to the South Korean market.
Currently, the mold manufacturing plant is focusing on research and development of new products such as PU closed molds, aluminum die-casting molds, and plastic blow molds. The factory is also investing in modern specialized equipment (such as small 5-axis CNC milling machines, cylindrical grinders, 3D coordinate measuring machines, quick-change fixturing systems for CNC milling, high-speed machining technologies, and hard material machining technologies) to increase technological content and diversify products, meeting domestic market demands and fulfilling specific requirements of export markets.
