THACO INDUSTRIES has exported the first batch of coolers to the US market. The cooler is made from EPS foam material with a density of 40 kg/m3. The product is manufactured through the following stages: foam shaping, PU coating, UV coating and anti-slip coating on the product surface, component assembly (including 60 plastic components and auxiliary materials), quality testing and product packaging. The product has the following advantages: light weight, high durability, easy to transport. Large storage space, good cold retention (7 days). Multi-purpose lid, can be reversed to make a table top, designed with cup and bowl compartments, suitable for use on picnics and outdoor activities. The design has a handle on the body of the cooler for easy carrying. Coated with paint layers: PU increases surface hardness, protects the tank from impacts, UV increases scratch resistance, waterproof and does not deform under the effects of weather, anti-slip paint layer under the tank bottom helps create grip for the product. Products are diverse in size: 45 liters, 65 liters, 85 liters, 115 liters... blue, white, brown, light yellow... to meet all customer needs. In the coming time, THACO INDUSTRIES will continue to upgrade the production line, apply new technology to ensure technical requirements, technology and quality standards of high-end coolers for export to the US and new markets.
