Anodized aluminum is the aluminum with an anodized layer, which is created through an electrolytic solution where the metal is immersed in, the anodizing layer is grown from the metal itself. With the layer, anodized aluminum got enhanced visual effects and functions. we have normal anodizing, Black, Gold,Blue,Red and also Hard Anodizing with Fully Automatic line.
Zinc-nickel platings were developed as a result of increasing requirements with regard to corrosion protection, in particular from the automotive industry, against exposure to temperature, road salt and climatic conditions. Zinc-nickel platings are normally used if the traditional zinc-plating process is insufficient, due to high temperatures or aggressive environmental conditions. Tin Plating
Tin is a silver-white metal that is soft, ductile and malleable. Due to this flexibility, tin can be molded and stretched into a variety of shapes without cracking. Tin is also considered to be non-toxic, conductive and resistant to corrosion. These physical attributes make the use of tin plating very prevalent in the food processing, electronics and shipping industries. In addition, there are several other features that make tin an attractive option for industrial manufactures including:
Tin does more than just shield other metals. As a soft metal it also provides a good, clean, low constriction-resistance contact surface. In other words, Tin creates an optimal surface for conducting electrical currents.
Copper is a good electricity conductor (second only to Silver) but much cheaper than silver. the good electricity conductivity cause reduce energy which lost in heat form. The other outstanding point of copper is every good resistant to corrosion, even in strongly corrosive condition such as in Sea Water. However, the weak point of copper is low strengthness, so usage has limit. By the way, Copper Plating usually use for foundation or plating the first layer of part, then plating with another metal in further. Copper is appropriate for plating electronic parts because its property is good conductivity. Besides, copper is quite expensive, so customers prefer to plating with another cheaper metal for cost reduction Therefore, able to says that it makes economized. Silver is luster
and good reflection, very good electricity conductor and no alert in chemical reaction metal. It does not react with both acid and alcaline.
On the other hand, silver is expensive, so it’s not used for making tools or pure silver parts. Therefore, Silver Plating on another metal surface is one of interesting choice because it could reduce cost by maintain silver properties.
