This is an example of the transportation and palletizing of "anko" (bean paste) packed in a bag using a robot. It is a soft product weighs about 5 to 10 kg, has no place to grip, and hard hand may tear the bag.

As a result of repeated trial and error and examination, we adopted "air suction type robot hand".

It grabs the product by suction then pack into a cardboard box. It designed with our own know-how so that the bag will not be torn by suction.

After repeated demonstration experiments, we were able to manufacture a complete system as requested by the customer.
