V-Proud has brought to the Vietnamese market a completely new CMM model: Equator-X offers a complete measurement solution for manufacturing enterprises with two operating modes in a single device, allowing users to flexibly switch between traditional sample measurement methods and CMM-standard absolute precision measurement. Along with that, this system also helps increase operating speed and flexibility, especially useful in production environments with continuous sample changes.

- Absolute mode (Precise measurement)
In Absolute mode (precise measurement), the Equator-X system performs the tasks of a high-speed CMM, providing extremely complete results (ISO 10360-2: 2.1 + L / 300 μm). This mode enables fast measurement at scan speeds up to 250 mm/s, making it particularly useful for manufacturers facing:Multiple production, multiple sample sizes, Low to medium production volumes, High inspection frequency products

- Compare mode
When used in compare mode, the Equator-X system offers extremely fast measurement speeds, with repeatable inspection performance at scan speeds up to 500 mm/s and the ability to self-calibrate measurements to ± 2 μm in harsh environments. This is particularly useful for high-volume component production where throughput control is critical and extreme ambient temperatures are a challenge.
