| Established Fujine Sangyo Co., Ltd. in Higashi Shiiji, Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Shigeru Suzuki assumed the position of President and Representative Director. Started bending and pressing of automotive brake pipes and oil pipes. |
| 1969 Chilling unit assembly factory (2,050 square meters) was newly established in Matsunaga, Numazu City, and named it Matsunaga factory. |
| 1971 Installed the first copper mouth welding furnace (copper bracing) at the main factory. |
| 1972 Relocated the head office to the Matsunaga factory, and at the same time the former head office factory was changed to the Higashi Shiiji factory, and the No. 2 copper mouth welding furnace was installed at the Higashi Shiiji factory. |

| 1984 Expanded the headquarters factory of Fujine Sangyo Co., Ltd. for business expansion. |
| 1985 Expanded the brazing factory due to business expansion. And opened North Kanto Sales Office. |
| 1989 Absorbed Toyo Hotki Co., Ltd. and increased the capital to 60 million yen. |
