“Drawing the Future of Our Dreams,” which is the goal of the ALCONIX Group, we will use numerous activities to ensure that everyone at our group has a sound understanding of our management policies and a resolute commitment to accomplishing our strategic goals.
Profound changes are taking place worldwide regarding society, the economy and national security. Our business climate is evolving day by day as a result. In this challenging environment, the world must continue to make progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals, which define standards for enabling people everywhere to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
ALCONIX is constantly monitoring global events involving these themes and international initiatives for sustainability. We are determined to use our business operations, which are centered on non-ferrous metals, to continue growing as we focus on our mission of “Drawing the Future of Our Dreams.”
The non-ferrous metals and products are becoming an increasingly critical resource in many industries. Most significantly, these metals are vital for meeting the growing demand for electric and other next-generation vehicles and for electronic components required by a broad spectrum of devices using digital technologies. Furthermore, we promote businesses for recycling aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous metals to create a sustainable and recycling-oriented society.
We believe that our ability to create ideas for producing “new value” is steadily expanding to cover many market sectors. We will continue to use M&A along with post-merger integration. Everyone at our group is also encouraged to take on new challenges and continue to grow, which is the spirit that underpins our ability to create new value. Education and training programs to reinforce this spirit and the skills of our people will be further strengthened. In addition, our group will promote diversity and inclusion to enable people with a broad range of values and experience to bring out their full potential.
We are confident that ALCONIX has the resources needed for success in the coming years in order to meet the expectations of all our stakeholders.
