VEM Thailand is specialized in plastic injection molding with a focus on the automotive and medical industry. With our level 100,000 cleanroom (ISO 8) we have large capabilities for medical molding and assembly.
We support the electronics and electrical industry with end to end solutions in terms of manufacturing electronic connectors and electrical parts. This includes building molds, providing injection molding services, product assembly, and finally, packaging.
We develop protocols for validation, testing procedures and studies for process improvement to ensure that the standards are met. In addition, we also have a wide range of suppliers for specific components. In case, the customer needs specific components such as PCB Boards to assemble with their products.

The Class 10,000 Clean Room includes injection machines for medical devices, assembly and subassembly units and machines as well as final packaging facilities. The cleanroom is equipped with the latest technology such as QC equipment and robots to ensure smooth mass production capacity. Along with the production facility, we also develop validation protocols, testing procedures and process improvement studies to ensure highest quality and competitiveness.
