In December 2023, we conducted training for young employees, and here is a report on how it went. Main Theme of the Training Currently, Bunri has launched the "Management Reform Project," marking the beginning of the second founding phase for our group and shaping the future, following the employee general meeting held on June 30 last year. This training was aimed at young leaders and potential leader candidates, to enhance their understanding of the project, foster a sense of responsibility as members who will be involved in and drive future changes, and cultivate the mindset of a leader. The theme was to grow them into individuals who will lead the next generation. Training Participants Gathered from Across the Nation! Young employees from all over the country, from various districts and departments, gathered in Tokyo to participate in the training. Various missions were conducted during the training, and since they were all of the same generation, there were heated discussions and lively interactions, making the training highly meaningful. Through the Training Below are some of the comments from the participants, please take a look. ・ I strongly felt that I was involved in a critical period of change for the company. ・ What I felt during the training was the company's sincere enthusiasm for change. It is not just about the growth of the company but also about the growth of individuals, and that growth is fundamentally connected to each person's happiness. It also allowed me to reassess my perspective on my work.
Reflecting on the participants' work content and attitude during the training, I feel that it was a highly meaningful experience. We hope that the participants will share their insights with other employees and continue to move forward without forgetting what they learned during the training!
