Regulations for Use of Ordering Information
- These regulations for use apply to Procurement Information and Cooperating Plant Recruitment Information (hereafter referred to as ‘the service’). The service can be used only by persons agreeing to the following Regulations for Use.
- These regulations determine conditions for use of the service provided by NC Network Co. Ltd (hereafter referred to as ‘the company’). Read and understand these regulations thoroughly before agreeing to the following and using the service.
- NC member registration and EMIDAS member registration are required in order to use the service and to post items. Registered content will be cancelled if false or dishonest, and information registered with the service will be cancelled.
- Paid EMIDAS member registration is required in order to use the service and respond to recruitment items.
- The company bears no responsibility for content (whether it be false, illegal, inaccurate, not compliant with legislation, threatening, defamatory, an invasion of privacy, obscene, or an invasion of rights held by a third party, etc.) registered on the service. The company also bears no responsibility for any disadvantage occurring in relation to use of the service. Users are required to bear all responsibility.
- The company bears no responsibility for any conflict with Japanese or overseas law in association with use of the service.
- Registered information is cancelled or restricted etc. in the following cases.
- In the event of problems with maintenance of the company site and system.
- Evaluated as being legally problematic, or against socially acceptable norms.
- In the event of risk which infringes on the rights or safety of other users.
- When the details of registered information are clearly incorrect, or are easily mistaken, or may cause confusion in operation of the service.
- Use for non-manufacturing sectors, solicitation, mediation, consultant, dispatch, site guidance, event information, sale of individual products and services and sales activities, part-time work, residential, continuous registration, repeated registration, registration as an agent, or anything which may be confused with same.
- Advertizing, or that which may be confused with same, and which is not based on the official contract.
- When deception has occurred in paid EMIDAS member registration or in NC member registration, or when the person registering cannot be readily verified.
- When evaluated by the company as being inappropriate.
- Registration information may be deleted without the consent of the person registering, or may be subject to access restrictions. The company also bears no responsibility for any disadvantage derived from cancellation of, or restriction of access to, the service.
- The company checks registration details as much as possible. However it does not guarantee such content, and therefore may in some cases introduce information not intended by the user.
- Registration information may be published in other media not on the company site without prior notification. This is assumed to be understood when registering information with the service.
- The company may cease operation, or change functionality, of the service without prior notification for the purposes of maintenance.
- Restrictions with EMIDAS member registration and NC member registration.
- Email address restrictions: Registration using simple, free email addresses is not permitted. Please use email addresses obtained with contracts associated with fees for use with connection and hosting contracts etc.
- Telephone number restrictions: Registration with cell phones is not permitted. However they may be registered for contact and communication.
- Registration which does not facilitate ready verification of the person registering will be invalidated.
- Copyright for the design and system structure of the service is held by NC Network Co. Ltd.
- These regulations for use are subject to change without prior notice.

The Public Procurement Information and Cooperating Plant Recruitment Information service is administered by NC Network Co. Ltd.
