Regulations for Use
- These regulations for use apply to the bulletin board for sale and purchase of second-hand machinery, (hereafter referred to as ‘the service’. The service is used only by persons agreeing to the following Regulations for Use.
- NC Network Co. Ltd (hereafter referred to as ‘the company’ bears no responsibility for content (whether it be false, illegal, inaccurate, threatening, defamatory, an invasion of privacy, obscene, or an invasion of rights held by a third party, etc.) posted on the bulletin board. Furthermore, the company bears no responsibility for any disadvantage occurring in association with use of the bulletin board. Users are required to bear all responsibility.
- The company bears no responsibility for any conflict with Japanese or overseas law in association with use of the bulletin board.
- The company checks registration details as much as possible. However it does not guarantee such content, and therefore may in some cases introduce information not intended by the user.
- A paid EMIDAS membership registration is required to place notices for purchase of second-hand machinery on the bulletin board.
- Registered information is cancelled or restricted, etc. in the following cases.
- In the event of problems with maintenance of the company site and system.
- Evaluated as being legally problematic, or against socially acceptable norms.
- In the event of risk which infringes on the rights or safety of other users.
- When the details of registered information are clearly incorrect, or are easily mistaken, or may cause confusion in operation of the bulletin board.
- Use for non-manufacturing sectors, solicitation, mediation, consultant, dispatch, site guidance, event information, sale of individual products and services and sales activities, part-time work, residential, continuous registration, repeated registration, registration as an agent, or any action which may be confused with one of these.
- Advertizing, sales and sales activities for individual products and services, sales promotion or other solicitation, or which may be confused with same, and which is not based on the official contract.
- When deception has occurred in paid EMIDAS member registration or in NC member registration, or when the person registering cannot be readily verified.
- When evaluated by the company as being otherwise inappropriate.
- Bulletin board content may be published in other media not on the company site without prior notification.
- Registration information may be deleted without the consent of the person registering, or may be subject to access restrictions.
- Copyright for the design and system structure of the bulletin board for purchase of second-hand machinery is held by NC Network Co. Ltd.
- The company may cease operation, or change functionality, of the bulletin board without prior notification for the purposes of maintenance.
- Registration information for Sale and Purchase of Second-hand Machinery is deleted automatically after 90 days.
- These regulations for use are subject to change without prior notice.
Cautions for registration on bulletin board for sale and purchase of second-hand machinery.
- To ensure clarity, summarize headings in a maximum of 25 double-byte characters.
- Ensure that content is a maximum of 1000 double-byte characters.
- A maximum of three photos, each having a maximum size of 1 MB, may be posted.
- Ensure that your description is concise and in practical detail.
- Maintain netiquette, and follow strictly the regulations for use of the bulletin board.
- The bulletin board for sale and purchase of second-hand machinery is an important base for business for paid EMIDAS members. Ensure that it is used effectively and in moderation.
Administration
The bulletin board for sale and purchase of second-hand machinery is administered by NC Network Co. Ltd.
NC Network Co. Ltd and EMIDAS Group are responsible for management and support.
