◆Futures
・This robot can inspect multiple exterior surfaces, including curved surface and mirror surface.
Articulated robot will adjust its camera head to the ideal position, depending on work surface; optical system, specially made for mirror finished surface, will detect micro defects allowing defect detecting software to extract defects.
◆Detectable defects
・The detectable defects are as followed: scratches, pin holes, dents, and any other defects that can be found on surfaces of products.
・By adjusting view to be smaller, it is possible to detect a few μ defects.

The robot can inspect any shapes with a size range of a cell phone case size to a door for automobiles.
