"OOPARTS-002" is a vase that expresses the beauty of metal in aluminum by carving it out of a solid block, shining beautifully and delicately in response to light, making flowers and plants look beautiful. The capitals and bodies of columns used in ancient architecture express the strength of plants that continue to grow toward the sky by carving the shapes of plants. In addition, grooves called fluting are carved into the surface of the pillars, and their light and shadows amplify the three-dimensional effect of the pillars, emphasizing the verticality as well as the graceful rhythm. "OOPARTS-002" inherits that spirit, and by cutting out aluminum to have cutting marks like fluting, instead of carved plants in ancient columns, the actual flowers are accentuated. The cutting marks of the end mill are used as they are for the surface pattern, and it shines beautifully when it receives light. This cutting mark is made using 5-axis machining, which is simple but suppresses chattering of the end mill and is processed while adjusting the angle that shines most beautifully.

Material dimensions:Specializing in copper busbars from 3 mm to 20 mm. Regularly processing copper rods with diameters from 10 mm to 55 mm. Processing Machines and Methods: Press processing, machining, lathe processing Features:JIS standard Copper busbars comply with JIS H 3140. Copper strips and plates (we refer to standard-sized plates like 365×1200 mm thickness) comply with JIS H 3100. Copper rods comply with JIS H 3250 standards. Our copper busbars are sourced through material trading companies from both domestic and international manufacturers, such as Mitsubishi Materials, Oriental Copper, and Furukawa Electric. In order to be distributed as JIS-certified products, the following criteria must be met for copper busbar production: Composition: Oxygen-free copper (C1020) with a purity of 99.96% or higher Tough pitch copper (C1100) with a purity of 99.90% or higher Mechanical Properties: Tests such as bending tests, conductivity tests, and hydrogen embrittlement tests are conducted by analyzing samples taken from ingots or finished products. Length Tolerance: Allowable length deviation is +15 mm, ±0 mm. Bending tolerance is also measured at this time. Edge Shape: The edges are rounded with a radius of 1.0 mm or chamfered with a flat surface of 1.0 mm or less. Burrs generated during manufacturing must not remain. The edges of the busbars from all manufacturers are rounded. For each lot of copper busbars manufactured, a composition inspection is mandatory, and an inspection certificate, called a mill sheet, is kept by the manufacturer. If a traceability certificate for the materials is required, please inform your sales representative when placing your order. We can request it during material procurement and deliver it together with the product, though it will be a copy. However, please note that it will not be included unless requested. A major advantage of copper busbars is that a manufacturing process free from harmful substances has been established for about 70 years, making it easy to perform detailed inspections in case of any trouble or when receiving deliveries.
