This hinge part is made of SUS304 (t=1.2).
After precise blanking and forming by progressive press processing,
multi-spindle tapping is applied to create threaded holes.

By machining multiple threaded holes simultaneously,
we achieve high dimensional accuracy without positional deviation,
resulting in excellent stability during assembly.
SUS304 offers a well-balanced combination of corrosion resistance and strength,
and is widely used for architectural hardware, fixing brackets, and structural components.
