After cutting the material with an automatic cutting machine,
we perform drilling and tapping using an NC lathe,
and finally carry out bending with a bender or press machine.

Because the entire process is completed in-house, we can achieve high-precision finishing and respond flexibly to small-lot production.
We handle a wide range of materials, including steel, SS400, SPHC, plated steel sheets, and SUS.
Our facilities include 45t–150t presses, NC lathes, multi-spindle tapping machines, and spot welding equipment.
We flexibly support high-mix, low-volume production such as architectural hardware, structural components, and OEM products.
