We introduce a steel cap manufactured by Hanno Seimitsu Kogyo Co., Ltd.

This steel cap component is produced using progressive press processing. As shown in the photo, the product is designed to be pressed into a hole by hand using a finger.

Through precise die accuracy and carefully engineered process design, we pursued and achieved a “just-right fit”—neither too loose nor too tight.

★ What is progressive press processing?
Progressive press processing is a manufacturing method in which a continuous metal strip is automatically fed through multiple processes in sequence. Its advantages include minimal variation in product shape and stable, consistent quality in mass production.
