★ What is a burr?
A burr is an unintended protrusion that forms on the cut edge of a material during processing. If left untreated, burrs can lead to injuries or cause assembly defects.
At Shinei Kogyo, processing conditions are carefully optimized to achieve stable quality without placing an additional burden on subsequent processes.
In addition, by utilizing press machines ranging from 45 to 150 tons, including servo presses, we have established an efficient production system capable of handling both small-lot and large-lot production with minimal waste.
