Our company was founded in 1983 (Showa 58) and has been engaged in a wide range of extrusion machines and forming equipment, focusing on plastic “extrusion molding machines,” “profile extrusion lines,” and “pipe/tube extrusion lines,” as well as “sheet & film forming lines” and “pelletizing lines.”
Building on the technologies we have accumulated over the years, we will continue striving to meet our customers’ detailed needs.
PMSG Series
* Uses a cylinder with special groove processing to achieve low-temperature plasticization and a significant increase in extrusion output.
* Makes it possible to reduce extruder size, saving space and energy.
* Ideal for pipe/tube, sheet, and film forming of olefin-based resins such as soft PP and PE.
It is ideally suited for precise and stable extrusion molding of materials ranging from general-purpose resins to super engineering plastics.
In particular, it supports various elastomer resins, and by adding optional specifications to the standard model, it enables low-temperature, stable, and high-output extrusion across different extruder sizes.
PMS Series
High-Performance Single-Screw Extruder (Compact Type)
* An extruder combining a cylinder design with excellent heating and cooling efficiency and a variety of screw configurations
* Delivers outstanding performance for materials ranging from general-purpose resins to super engineering plastics
* Even in high-speed rotation applications, low-temperature plasticization is achieved through the adoption of a simple forced feeding mechanism (hopper block, brake block specifications, and grooved cylinder)
* The main motor uses inverter control, enabling stable extrusion and maintenance-free operation
