Patterning Technology for Metal Surfaces — Even on Screws
Metal PCBs are manufactured on aluminum, stainless steel, and other metal materials using our advanced screen-printing technology. Compared with conventional etched metal PCBs, our process offers excellent heat resistance, withstanding operating temperatures of over 300°C.
Our technology also enables direct patterning on screws, pipes, metal housings, and other three-dimensional metal components, making effective use of otherwise unused space. Resistor patterns can be screen-printed in virtually any configuration, allowing the PCB to function as a high-temperature heater PCB as well.
