TDC’s precision polishing technology can polish down to Ra1nm on a variety of materials, including metal, ceramics, semiconductor, glass, and other materials. By applying this precision polishing, the manufacture of high precision products with achievement of flatness of 01μ, parallelism of 05μ, and straightness/step of ±05μ is possible.
Work area is 01φ～φ1500. (We are currently testing oversize polishing. If you would like to consider doing oversize polishing, please contact us for more details.)
