Since the establishment in 1959, we have provided various categories of components through our specialized grind processing technology. Mentionable are for example Satellite communication components, automobile parts, household equipment parts and gas equipment parts. All of the process services are provided from preparation of materials to assembly.
We are actively researching and developing factory automation devices to rationalize our processing system and to sell to many customers. We are also developing production facilities, robot systems, jigs and inspection devices with our innovative technologies and providing additional value to the customers.
For CSR, we have obtained ISO 14001 to commit to the coexistence with global environment. We work for environmental load reduction by producing eco-related parts. We are also involved in making energy savings, recycling and reuse systems to lower the environmental load.
To insert high quality processed products into each other, cutting-edge jig producing techniques are highly required. It is highly recommended to produce complicated, sensitive jigs. Our accumulated technical knowledge in designing and manufacturing made it possible to produce optimum jigs and complicatedly shaped products.
We can cut process and mass produce fiber materials into precision products, preciseness of 3μ and surface roughness of Ra0.2.
We have accomplished to reduce the cost and processing steps by skipping the honing and polishing phases of every processing step.
In addition, we have developed a unique 24hr automatic mass production machine, Dako-anshin.
Brass, aluminum, stainless, etc. - we can process most materials.
Recently, we have been working hard on cut processing light weight magnesium materials and pure copper which is used for EV accelerator parts due to high electronic conductivity.
