Our company was founded in 1959 as a precision clock parts manufacturing company with cutting process professionals. Since then, we have been thinking about the future and kept exploring new fields: Construction, automobile, multi-media, such as communications and electronics, and medical ones. In recent years, we have decided to come out of our own shell, as a manufacturing supplier, and began a FA development project.
Since our current era is the 21st century, our company strongly believes we need to shift our management style from “customer dependent” to “develop and propose”. In this new stance, we will provide a new value to each customer in order to help them improve.
To fulfill each customer demand, we are continuously seeking to install cutting-edge equipment and to combine skillful and upcoming craftsmen to maintain and improve old and current techniques. Besides, we have been working hard on developing a new type of manufacturing system.
Our mission is to “continually imagine our dream and value” and to “continually provide the best quality and satisfaction”. In addition, we aim to become the company which will be there to support each customer.

Motto
“Act”
We will follow all rules and goals established by the company. We will achieve them by completing each task each individual is carrying and, so, leave accomplishments.
“Affinity”
We will encourage ourselves to support and help each other to fulfill the goal established by the company. We will share every single emotion and feeling, even the difficult times, and, once we have achieved the goal, we will share happiness.
“Appreciation”
We will never forget to appreciate, respect and acknowledge each other. Any accomplishment is possible because of the people who are there to support and help one another. There is nothing one can accomplish alone. One must interact with respect to others.
“Responsibility”
Each individual has their own responsibility to carry out their tasks and to do them simultaneously. Once the responsibility has been fulfilled, that is when one can earn their rights. Fulfilling one’s responsibilities is the way to contribute and to have a connection to society. In the long run, such actions will eventually be of return to the person as a reward in some sort of way.
“Co-prosperity”
We need to grow and improve together.
We are:
1. Individuals who belongs to the company (managers and workers)
2. The company and subcontractor
3. The company and customers
4. The company and the society
~WIN – WIN attitude forever~
【ITO WAY】
Since Lehmen’s fall, we have entered the era where skills are being tested on whether they are true or not. From a historical point of view, debating about economy’s ups and downs does not make sense. It is now all about being global, in other words, country, world and culture boundaries should not be problematic. Our corporate attitude is to provide the service which is required by the region. Although the market became global, we will not leave a good part of Japanese culture away, but rather, stick with such a Japanese way of crafting. We will not persist on “Made In Japan” but will on “Made By Japan.” To get this across, each worker needs to understand the corporate philosophy and carry out their work.
Japan has positioned itself in the world because Japanese citizens believed in the importance of co-existence. However, the current flow of the world is all about being global and Japan is no exception when it comes to people attempting to introduce Western ways which intercepted the growth of the country. To support the Japanese management style which put great value on having co-existence is to understand the corporate philosophy.
