To ensure that companies considering overseas procurement can source with confidence, we manufacture products in Vietnam by leveraging the manufacturing expertise and craftsmanship of Higashiosaka, one of Japan’s leading manufacturing hubs.
We have extensive expertise in TIG, MIG, MAG, gas, arc, brazing, and spot welding. We work with a wide range of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, iron, steel, and special steels such as SCM and Invar. We also have a strong track record in welded products requiring ultrasonic or X-ray inspection. As our business originally started in welding, we are particularly strong in fabricated products such as machine frames and equipment bases.
We operate two laser cutting machines, including a latest-generation fiber laser capable of high-speed thin-sheet processing, allowing us to offer cost-effective solutions for medium-volume laser-cut parts.
For machining, we have two large 5-face gantry machining centers with 4 m and 5 m capacities. This enables fully integrated fabrication and machining in-house, giving us strong advantages in cost, lead-time control, and quality management.
In addition, we introduced a 5-axis machining center (Ø1000 × H550) last year, enabling complex machining of surfaces at various angles and allowing us to handle higher-precision applications.
Our factory is located in Hung Yen Province, near Hanoi, Vietnam, and supports overseas procurement needs. We provide products ranging from one-off parts to mass production, using the same manufacturing technology and quality standards as in Japan.
