At our testing department, we make accurate 3-D renderings of installable feature models with our selective laser sintering equipment and deliver with quick turnaround and high cost performance.

Resin Molding 1 - Selective laser sintering: from prototype towards small-scale production of multiple products
We can handle objects large and small with our selective laser sintering machines on three tables of different working sizes.
We can use composite materials with components such as nylon 11, nylon 12 and glass beads for molding materials, and can improve machine strength, heat resistance and chemical resistance. Naturally, we conduct a design review to confirm shape, and can provide an assembled functional model. We can also color laminated powder models to provide prototypes with color applied.
Resin Molding 2 - Injection molding: from small-scale to mass production of multiple products
We operate 21 injection molding machines from 25 to 450 tons to handle small-scale to mass production of multiple products.
When it comes to gas injection and insert molding, we are experts at producing highly functional resin molds.
Resin Molding 3 - Insert molding: original technology that negate the need for deburring
Mizuho Gosei's insert molding produces no cracks or burrs due to our original machinery models and insert technology.
Since there is no need for deburring after resin molding, we can perform steady production of products with quick delivery at low costs.
Resin Molding 4 - Gas injection (gas assisted injection molding)
Gas injection is suitable for mass production molds of thick, hollow products good for the light production phase and complex products with uneven thickness.
We inject the inside of the mold with gas and mold a hollow interior.
This is how we can produce molds that conform well to precise measurements and have no sink marks or warping.
Resin Molding 5 - Compression molding and transfer molding: thermoplastic and thermoset resin
We can perform compression molding and transfer molding of thermoset resins: thermoplastic resin, phenolic resin and polyester resin. We've arranged a production system to deal with various materials, shapes and production volume.
Other than the above, we also handle FRP winding, pultrusion and resin molds.
Mizuho Gosei Kogyosho provides total support, from the design stage to testing and mass production, for various types of molds in a wide array of fields that includes electronics, office automation, home electrical appliances and automobiles.
