Conventional technologies/differences from other companies
Taking advantage of 35% lighter than the specific density of iron, we can manufacture lightweight wire mesh made of aluminum.
Generally, aluminum wire has high electrical conductivity and low intrinsic resistance that makes spot welding is extremely difficult.
However, at our company, we can weld with A5052 ≒ 60kgf and A6063 ≒ 40kgf as the welding strength per point.
Wire diameter: Ф3 to Ф6
Material: Compatible with aluminum wires such as A5052 and 6063.
