This is a plastic molded product with 27.0 x 3.2 x 1.8 mm size. The tolerance range is 0.02 mm and the pitch accuracy is 0.4 mm.
This is is a product with a high degree of processing difficulty since the core hole part has a complicated shape with many poles, and the pole wall is as thin as 0.12 mm that makes it easily deformed.
When designing the mold, we simulated it by flow analysis and examined the structure so as to eliminate molding defects such as ease of resin filling and deformation during mold release.
We have achieved mass production with stable quality and suppressed deformation by selecting materials and surface treatment.
