This is a plastic molded product with a size of 28.8 x 16.2 x 33.3 mm and tolerance range of 0.02 mm.
Since the product is thick, we take measures against sink marks and core breakage due to biting for the mold specifications
As a measure against sink marks, we devised the mold temperature control and circuit.
To prevent the core from breaking, we selected a material with high mold release characteristics.
