This is a medical camera part made by PEI (ULTEM).
This is a plastic molded product with a size of 1.4 x 1.4 x 1.4 mm and tolerance range of 0.01 mm.
Since it is a resin with low liquidity and the molded product is fine, we put a lot of thought for the filling property due to mold design.
Some ULTEMs are biocompatible polymer which is harmless to the body.
