A base used to gather all pipes: chemical mixture, air pressure circuit etc. The product shown in the picture is made of Polyacetal (POM).

Depending on a usage, we will process vinyl chloride (PVC) and PEEK.

It may be difficult to see, in the product shown in the picture, there is a R0.3 convex on a place where a petal of the diaphragm will attach.

It is the important part and roughness of Ra0.8a is required.

At our company, to produce such irregular shaped products with made-to-measure and smoothness, we create specialized blades. (The roughness will depend on the types of material to be used.)

For other products which cannot be produced by ordering machining, by creating specialized blades, it becomes reality to manufacture. We have an achievement in manufacturing of 1 ~ 100 pieces.
