1. Mirror gear molding with a stamping process (module 1.0, surface roughness Ra0.9)
2. High-precision, half blanked ribbing with no effect on outside (2.0-mm ribs on 4.0-mm plates)
3. Angled counterbore molding (central section; height, width and depth each plus/minus 0.01 mm)
4. Hole machining (diameter 1.5, plus/minus 0.01 mm)
