As professionals in monozukuri (art of craftsmanship), we aim to improve our skills by developing new technologies.
2. “Goal of our work”
To customers’ needs, we shall not do temporary work, but rather, will aim to do monozukuri to see each customer being satisfy continuously.
3. “Challenge”
Without trials and mistakes, nothing happens. We do not punish those who make mistakes because of challenging. Learning from those mistakes and then applying the lessons to next challenges brings the difference.
4. “Focusing on process”
We do not accept any results which ignore the process. We believe right process will bring right results.
5. “Team work”
We dislike the sectionalism. We take it for granted that any problem which occurs in the company is each employee’s problem to solve. We co-operate with each other broadly beyond the content of work and sections. We do not ignore such problems or depend on others.
6. “Respect”
We respect each worker as individual and respect their values.
7. “Fairness”
We shall provide an atmosphere where each worker can raise their voice freely.
8. “Investment”
We shall invest in new equipment, latest facilities, and cutting-edge ideas to supply brand new products to the market.
9. “Profit”
To maintain our company and projects, we shall make sound profits and always prepare for the difficulties.
10. “Justice and faith”
We shall never do anything against justice and faith even if the society and/or the superior told us to do so. We shall follow our goodness and kindness all the time.
