【PTFE molding: compression molding, hydraulic molding (isostatic molding), metal insert molding - Ono Corporation Kobe Factory (Kansai/Hyogo)】

We manufacture PTFE (Teflon) material in-house.
We primarily work with powders from Daikin Industries, AGC, and Chemours-Mitsui Fluoroproducts for compression molding, hydrostatic molding (isostatic molding), metal insert molding, and automated molding. We make a wide range of items using a variety of molding technologies, including compression molding.
The benefit is that consistent manufacture from PTFE powder results in significant cost savings.
In addition to our PTFE production department, we also have metal processing and rubber processing departments, so we can execute composite processing such as "PTFE and rubber'' and "PTFE and metal'' in-house.

*Our PTFE (Teflon) molding department uses three different molding methods: compression molding, hydraulic molding (isostatic molding), and metal insert molding.
After the molding process is done, we proceed to the machining section.
