All processes from molding of the materials onward are carried out at our own factory. We produce PTFE, denatured PTFE and PTFE with various fillers including glass fibers, carbon fibers and bronze from narrow materials to materials with a diameter of around φ1000. PTFE will withstand continuous use at temperatures of up to around 260C, and is extremely resistant to all chemicals except fluorine gas, chlorine trifluoride and melted alkaline metals.
