◆The advantages by installing Revo-sprue
・Molding time reduction (High Cycle)
We already have the example by which cooling time of the sprue part was reduced from 11 seconds to 5 seconds(*1). Therefore the advantage to reduce cycle time would be expected.
(*1)... When L-size is 40~60mm with using ABS resin.

* Molding time is reduced by cooling time reduction, then it leads productivity improvement and power consumption reduction.

・Economical (ECO)
The usual round-shape was modified to be star-shaped by concavely making to be slender, so the material cost equal to the volume by the making can be saved.
For example, approx. 47% (*2) of weight of materials is reduced when L-size of Revo-sprue is 100mm, so it leads to the saving of wasted materials.
(*2)... When the hole diameter in the tip is Φ2.0, the outside angle between the top and the bottom is 2.5°, the inside angle is 0.5°.
