[PC transparent color] Elimination of the flow of air bubble and Silver streaks –by SE50T: The use example of Gas-tosu.

Pictures show change in the flow of air bubble under the following molding conditions.

Resin: PC transparent color
Molding machine: SE50T by Sumitomo
Clamping force: 1 ton
The number of Gas-tosu: 5 pcs.

As we can understand from a picture, decrease of air bubble and elimination of silver-streaks are possible by efficiently venting the gas and without changing molding condition.
