【Features】
This is a product made by processing the block material of alumina AI203 (before processing: 300 mm x 300 mm x 50 mm) into a bar shape. Its thickness is processed with a double-sided lapping machine and a flat surface grinding machine, and the length and width are cut with a high-precision slicer.
Although it is a simple Bar product for processing, in addition to the dimensional tolerances of length, width, and thickness, the flatness (sledding) is strict, and because it is a very thin product, our staffs keep the dimensional accuracy. We also satisfy the appearance standards, concentrate our nerves on processing so that it will be finished according to the drawing, and even guarantee inspection!
This product can be processed from 0.2 mm x 0.2 mm x 0.2 mm (minimum) to 150 mm x 150 mm x 0.5 mm (maximum). (Slicing)
