We specialize in manufacturing small and precise injection molded products for automobiles, heavy electronics, and electronic appliances.
The Osaka factory specializes in R&M of prototypes, mass productions, and next-generation technologies while acting as a mother factory for the Miyazaki, Ho Chi Minh, and Hanoi factory. Outside of injection molding, the factory is equipped with a rotating molder which can process up to a maximum of 900 mm.
Recently we have been working on using environmentally friendly materials (bamboo fibers and bamboo powder) and/or 100% pure paper for injection molding.
The Miyazaki factory is the mass production base mainly manufacturing critical parts for automobiles and breakers for heavy electronics using cured and thermosetting resins for injection molding.
The Ho Chi Minh factory mainly manufactures cure and thermosetting resin processing. Other than ordinary injection molding, it has the ability to blow mold and integrate manufacture for cosmetic tubes from extrusion molding too printing. It is also equipped with a clean room for manufacturing medical related, such as eye drop containers.
The Hanoi factory specializes in thermosetting resin molding and main production is auto-bike parts and large size products, such as printers. The largest molding machine in this factory is 1300t.

Uses a special material (joint development between our company and a material manufacturer) that has excellent sliding characteristic and is hard to wear.
Uses a mold with a structure to achieve high roundness (geometric tolerance).
Molded at our Vietnam factory. We are exporting those parts to Japan and Thailand.
It is used as a cap for a vehicle's reserve tank and is positioned as an important safety component.
We also do assembly and pad printing.

An air leak test is conducted after assembly to the tank.
We mold thermosetting parts in Japan (Sakai, Miyazaki) and Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh).
Thermosetting parts have excellent heat resistance, mechanical strength, and dimensional accuracy, and are often used as metal substitutes. The photo shows the parts used in a breaker and has a very complicated shape.

A resin pulley with a proven track record as an automobile part.
A pulley is a component used to transmit the rotation of the engine to the belt, position the belt, and adjust the tension.
By using it as an alternative to conventional metal pulleys, it greatly contributes to weight reduction.
(Example) Made one-third the weight of conventional products lighter.
In addition, compared to metal pulleys, there is less vibration during operation and less noise.
Cost reduction effect for pulleys with complicated shapes such as grooves.
