The pulley is a part in which transfer engine’s rotation rate to the belt. It is also used to adjust the belt positioning and tension.
Selecting a thermosetting resin specifically increases heat resistance and oil resistance.
It can be used as a replacement of a metal pulley, along with a method to reduce the weight of the product.

Also, compared to a metal pulley, lower vibration rate and quieter.

Cost reduction can be expected, for complex shaped pulleys, such as with grooves.

Manufacturing Method
Using injection molding, inserting bearing to mold the product (producing resin pulley with injection molding is our unique and original technology).
