Miura offers full in-house foundry services, from aluminum casting design to pattern fabrication, wood and metal mold fabrication, casting, machining, and assembly.

Miura performs thorough process assurance in each manufacturing process with product and mold diagram verification, quality confirmation using PT (penetration examination), layout inspections, and further inspections with 3D-measurement and other equipment.

Hermetic and pressure testing equipment are also part of the regular process to detect air, water and helium gas pressure, enabling final product assurance.
