We carry out everything from design / manufacturing of progressive press dies to manufacturing of pressed products and insert molded products in-house, and we have press machines from 35t to 160t and vertical molding machines of 40t and 75t. .. In-mold tap and in-mold caulking are possible.
We design and manufacture molds in-house. We can handle sizes up to about 1500mm and can produce 2-3 types per month. Basically, we produce 100% in-house, but when we need to produce a large number of molds at the same time, we can produce at the parent company (Kyoshin Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City).
We mainly produce parts for four-wheelers and two-wheelers.
Since we use molds that are designed and manufactured for each product, we have a price advantage when ordering in large quantities. We specialize in smaller sizes, palm-sized or smaller.
We can produce a variety of shapes for a variety of applications, including pull-out products, terminals, busbars, tie rods, plates, brackets, supports, components and multi-layer cores.
We can also process threading in progressive dies and progressive casting.
Rhythm Kyoshin Hanoi manufactures press-machined products and insert molded products.
■Press Machine■
We have presses from 35 to 160 tons and can press sheets from 0.5 to 3.5 mm thick.
We can process advanced printed products that fit in the palm of your hand. We process
materials such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, phosphor bronze, copper, plated steel plate, electromagnetic steel plate and ZAM, and we use materials not only from Japan but also from Korea, Taiwan and China. The continuous stamping dies we use are designed and manufactured in-house. ■Insert Molding■ We have 40-75 ton vertical molding machines and mold products using PA6, POM, PBT and ABS plastics. ■Plating■ Since we do not have any on-site facilities, we basically outsource plating services to partner companies. However, our parent company, Kyoshin Vietnam, owns a plating facility so we can also handle plating at the parent company. Both barrel plating and ring plating can be done with copper, nickel and tin.
Tab terminals are standardized by the Japanese Industrial Standard "JIS C 2809 Flat Connector" which is in line with the international standard "Flat Connector, Quick Connect IEC60760". Our tab terminals comply with JIS standards, so they can be connected to sockets from various companies. Our company has a history of manufacturing and selling tab terminals even before this JIS standard was established. Made of carefully selected materials and under strict quality control, it exhibits excellent mechanical and electrical properties when combined with sockets from other companies.
