■Press Machine■
We have presses from 35 to 160 tons and can press sheets from 0.5 to 3.5 mm thick.
We can process advanced printed products that fit in the palm of your hand. We process

materials such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, phosphor bronze, copper, plated steel plate, electromagnetic steel plate and ZAM, and we use materials not only from Japan but also from Korea, Taiwan and China. The continuous stamping dies we use are designed and manufactured in-house. ■Insert Molding■ We have 40-75 ton vertical molding machines and mold products using PA6, POM, PBT and ABS plastics. ■Plating■ Since we do not have any on-site facilities, we basically outsource plating services to partner companies. However, our parent company, Kyoshin Vietnam, owns a plating facility so we can also handle plating at the parent company. Both barrel plating and ring plating can be done with copper, nickel and tin.
