The Grassroots Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term of KYOSHIN VIETNAM CO.,LTD was successfully organised.

The Congress aims is to evaluate the performance of the Grassroots Trade Union Committee for the 2017-2022 term as well as decide on the direction, tasks and elect a new Trade Union Committee.

With the spirit of "Innovation, democracy, solidarity and responsibility", the Congress called on the trade union members and employees to continue promoting tradition, taking advantage of opportunities, overcoming challenges, and determined to successfully implement the Great Resolution. association, building a stronger and stronger trade union, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive company, fulfilling the production and business tasks of the Company.

We are thrilled to announce that the Board of Directors of Rhythm Co., Ltd. has approved the merger of RHYTHM PRECISION VIETNAM CO., LTD. (RPV), a subsidiary of Rhythm Co., Ltd., and RHYTHM KYOSHIN HANOI CO., LTD. (PAGE) (RKH), a subsidiary of KYOSHIN VIETNAM CO., LTD. a member of RHYTHM Group. This dicision was made after extensive analysis and discussion, and we believe that this merger will result in a more robust and efficient business structure, allowing us to better serve our customers and stakeholders.

Both RPV and RKH are highly respected in the industry and have been contributing to Rhythm Group's success. By merging these two companies, Rhythm Group aim to enhance our operations, improve our market position, and achieve greater efficiencies, resulting in a more competitive and sustainable business.

This merger will bring together the strengths of both companies, creating a more efficient and competitive business structure. By leveraging our combined resources and expertise in Tooling Molds/Dies, Manufacturing and Sales Injection Molded parts, Electronic parts assemblies and Metal Stamping parts, the company after merger will be better equipped to meet our customer's evolving needs and provide innovative solutions that drive business growth.

In response to the trend towards factory automation and more complex part shapes, more and more customers are requesting reel packaging of metal stampings rather than discrete parts.

We, KYOSHIN VIETNAM CO., LTD. a member of RHYTHM Group are one of the few stamping shops that can handle the reel-to-reel plating in an all-in-one integrated production manner.

We also provide our customers with peace of mind by taking all possible measures in terms of labor environment and waste water treatment.

It was a great discussion with IDEC Corporation - a manufacturer about industrial switches, industrial relays & components, automation & sensing, safety & explosion-proof. In Japan and overseas, they control a sizable portion of the control switch market.

They came to Kyoshin Vietnam to learn more about our capabilities and products in metal stamping and over/insert molding.
With our internal management of the complete process, we pledge to provide excellent services, consistent quality and products to help them overcome their metal stamping and insert molding challenges.
